The leading conference focusing on sport participation research is coming to Ottawa!  The Sport Canada Research Initiative conference hosted by Sport Information Resource Centre (SIRC) will be held November 6 & 7th, at the Westin Hotel, in Ottawa, Ontario.  The conference will begin at noon on November 6th and go until 5pm November 7th.

This event gathers together the sport community, government and sport researchers to share their knowledge and expertise.  It is your opportunity to share, discuss, and develop insight into sport participation research.  

It’s also an opportunity to engage and network with researchers, analysts, sport leaders, and the physical activity sector. Meet with the thought leaders, learn about the latest sport participation research and programs and share your information. Be more aware and informed as you develop research and programs that will have an impact on sport in Canada.
