For our finale in the FitNation Home Workout Series, we’re bringing you a resistance band workout with our very own Amanda de Faye. Amanda is a proud member of the Métis Nation of BC, and our go-to for workouts on the road!
t’s been a pleasure for our team and our leaders to share these weekly workouts, bringing us together in movement. Thank you to all eight of our leaders for representing the FitNation program and championing healthy living for the entire province! We’re taking a break from FitNation Fridays for the summer and encourage everyone to take advantage of sunnier days and opportunities to move safely together outdoors.
