REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR PARALYMPIC SCHOOLS WEEK 2016
Canadian Paralympic Committee – The Canadian Paralympic Committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2016 edition of Paralympic Schools Week, which will be held coast-to-coast from April 25 to 29, 2016.
Schools across Canada are invited to join in this celebration of parasport and the Paralympic movement that promotes healthy active lifestyles for all Canadians. This is a fantastic opportunity for schools to show support for Team Canada and get active in sport ahead of the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games taking place September 7 to 18, 2016.
There are many tools available for teachers, students and communities to experience the Paralympic movement to the fullest and show support for Team Canada’s Paralympic athletes. Participation in Paralympic Schools Week is as easy as ABC…

In addition, participants can DISCOVER in depth information about Canada’s involvement in the Paralympic movement, Encourage EXCELLENCE through opportunities to get involved in parasport in their own communities, and be given the option to help fuel Canada’s next generation of athletes through FUNDRAISING.
