Speed Skating Canada – Montreal, January 17, 2018 – One week prior to the departure of its Short Track Speed Skating team to PyeongChang, Speed Skating Canada is inviting media representatives to the presentation of the individual events for team members and the skinsuit they will wear at the 2018 Olympic Games, at an event to be held on Wednesday, January 24, between 5pm and 7pm at the John Molson Room (1670, Notre-Dame Street East) in Montreal.

Members of the Olympic team Kim Boutin, Kasandra Bradette, Jamie Macdonald, Valérie Maltais and Marianne St-Gelais on the women’s side, as well as Charle Cournoyer, Pascal Dion, Samuel Girard, Charles Hamelin and François Hamelin on the men’s side will attend, as well as coaches Frédéric Blackburn and Derrick Campbell and Speed Skating Canada’s representatives, including Chief Executive Officer Susan Auch.

Media representatives who wish to attend the event are requested to confirm their attendance prior to Monday, January 22, at pgodbout@speedskating.ca.
