Alpine Canada – Canadian Cowboy and three-time Olympian, Manuel Osborne-Paradis (Calgary, Alta.), captures a fourth-place finish in the Kvitfjell, Norway downhill, missing the podium by just 0.06 seconds proving just how tight a race this sport can be. Osborne-Paradis was third out of the gate today and laid down quite a marker run sitting in first-place until U.S.’s Steven Nyman came down in bib number 16. Great weather conditions resulted in perfect track conditions that held up racer after racer. Holding onto first-place for 13 racers, Osborne-Paradis attacked the track clocking in at over 130 km/hr.
