OBA and Spalding extend agreement

The Ontario Basketball association is very pleased to announce the renewal of our official basketball supplier agreement with our partners at Spalding until 2023.

The new five-year sponsorship agreement ensures that Spalding basketballs will be used for Ontario Basketball programming including the Ontario Basketball League (OBL), Ontario Cup provincial championships, Ontario Summer Development Program camp (OSDP), community events, and now has expanded to include the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA).

Beginning in the 2018-19 OSBA season Spalding will be recognized as the official ball of the high school prep league, helping to grow the league for elite high school basketball players.

As part of the new agreement, Spalding Training Aids will also be embraced by the OBA as our official training aids.
