The Ontario Equestrian Federation has office space to lease that would be best suited to share with another sport organization.

The dedicated square footage available in the space is approximately 1,500 square feet, with shared use space available within the unit including the printing, postage meter, storage, lunch room, file and material storage room and board/training room.  

There is flexibility to a range of options for the use of the space including, the area in the existing office to be occupied by a new tenant, use of the shared use spaces, access to or sharing of our existing office equipment and contract arrangements, etc.

The building has outdoor parking and underground parking available at a nominal cost. Although there are stairs at the front of the building, the building meets the ODOA requirements with an at-grade access through the back of the building/parking lot. There is a cafe on the main floor of the building which is open the entire business day and can provide catering to office meetings or training sessions, as needed.

The address is 1 West Pearce Street, which is at the South/West corner of Leslie and West Pearce, 1 block north of Highway 7.  The nearest Main intersection is Highway 404 and Highway 7/407.

The rent for the space is negotiable, based on a blended arrangement of base rent, shared use access, etc. as noted above.  We are motivated to find a sport organization to share the space since we expect there will be further mutual benefits, rather than a standard sublet to another professional group.
