Media Advisory – BC Wheelchair Basketball HOOPFEST 2018
Wheelchair Basketball Society – (May 14, 2018 Vancouver B.C.) The 2018 Hoopfest Corporate Team Challenge is May 17, 2018 at the Richmond Oval. Since 1994 Hoopfest has been BC Wheelchair Basketball Society’s largest annual fundraiser. The 2018 event is at sold out capacity and we couldn’t be happier.
Corporate and community teams of 10 players will participate in a fun evening that includes a wheelchair basketball tournament, dinner and silent & live auctions. This is a great team building and networking event that pairs corporate and community teams with current and former National Team athletes and our next generation Canada Games level team members.
When: 5:30-10:00pm, Thursday, May 17, 2018
Location: Richmond Oval, Richmond, B.C
Who: Corporate and Community Teams including some from YVR- Vancouver Airport Authority, Burnaby and Surrey Fire Departments, Vancouver Police Foundation, Murphy Battista LLP and more.
