Media Advisory – 2018 FINA Artistic Swimming World Series Canada Open
Synchro Canada – Who: 62 athletes from eight different countries competing in the 7th event of the FINA Artistic Swimming World Series 2018.
Athletes from Austria, Canada, France, Japan, Korea, Serbia, Ukraine and the United States will compete in Solo, Duet, Mixed Duet, Team, Combo and Highlight events.

Story lines:
- Japan’s Yukiko Inui, ranked 4th in 2017 and Canada’s Jacqueline Simoneau, ranked 5th in 2017 will go head-to-head in the solo events.
- In their second year together, Olympian Jacqueline Simoneau, will also compete in duet with her 2017 World Championships partner, Claudia Holzner.
- Canada’s National Team will be looking to medal against the world bronze medallist, Ukraine, and world ranked number four Japan.
- Triplets Anna-Maria, Eirini and Vasiliki Alexandri will compete in the solo and duet routines for Austria.
