Speed Skating Canada – Calgary, September 27, 2016 – Speed Skating Canada is inviting media representatives to apply for accreditation for the ISU World Cup Short Track Speed Skating to be held at the Olympic Oval in Calgary, November 4-6, 2016.

 

The competition, back in Calgary for the first time since October 2012, will feature the best short track speed skaters in the world in this pre-Olympic season, including Canadian World Champions and Olympic medalists Charles Hamelin and Marianne St-Gelais. The final list of 12 skaters qualified for the Canadian team will be announced in the upcoming week.

 

Media representatives who would like an accreditation for this World Cups can do it now by filling out the online forms: http://www.speedskating.ca/calgary2016. Deadline for application is Friday, October 21, 2016.
