Master Song-Chul Kim Named Best Referee at the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships
Taekwondo Canada – (Ottawa, Canada) Taekwondo Canada is delighted to announce that Master Song-Chul Kim from British Columbia is named the Best Performance Referee at the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships. The other four referees who were granted this honor are Tarik Benrodi of Morocco, Andrew Khegay of Russia, Neydis Tavarez of Puerto Rico and Julie Dib of Lebanon.
Taekwondo Canada congratulates Master Song-Chul Kim for the well-deserved recognition at one of the most prestigious taekwondo competition in the world. Master Song-Chul Kim was named the 2016 WTF male referee of the year during the 2016 World Taekwondo Federation Gala Awards held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
