Canadian Sport Institute Ontario – TORONTO (November 9, 2016) – Leading Edge After Performance (LEAP) is holding an international conference, LEAP Together: Career and Life Transitions in Dance and Sport, bringing together the sport and dance communities to learn from each other on November 11-12, 2016 in Toronto.

LEAP Together will explore a wide scope of issues including; transition organization models, mental health, strategic partnerships with educational institutions and work sectors, transferable skills and outreach to community stakeholders.

Media are invited to attend the first panel ‘Transition Stories – Personal Perspectives from Athletes and Dancers’ followed by photo and interview opportunities with the panel and event organizers.
