Independent Image Resource of Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Athletes
Canadian Sport Institute Calgary – Over the past several years the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary Photos (CSI Calgary Photos) has been collecting images of Olympic and Paralympic and development athletes during training, testing and competition. These images are now available for purchase throughhttp://www.csicalgaryphotos.ca at a reasonable price to news agencies and media outlets for use in editorial stories.
This image bank directly supports athletes as they may access instantly downloadable images for use on social media and personal websites. Proceeds from image sales help to fund increased coverage of athletes and events, and provide athletes opportunities for free studio sessions to support sponsorship opportunities.
Feature galleries, upcoming events and recently uploaded images are listed on the home page. Updates to the image bank will be published on twitter at @csicalgaryphoto.
CSI Calgary Photos has been accredited by the Canadian Olympic Committee to the upcoming Olympic Games in PyeongChang, and will partner with the Canadian Paralympic Committee at the following Paralympic Games.
CSI Calgary Photos operates within the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary, a member of the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network (COPSI Network.) CSI Calgary Photos will be the primary image resource at the 2018 Games for the COPSI Network.
