The Government of Canada (Sport Canada) is conducting a comprehensive review of its Targeted Excellence (TE) approach to funding high performance sport, supported through recommendations from Own the Podium.  

The purpose of this survey is to hear from other members of the sport community who have not had a chance to contribute their views to this review. 

This survey is voluntary and all questions are optional. The survey is confidential and none of your responses will be attributed to you, your organization or your sport in any reporting. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act of Canada. We estimate that the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
