Canadian Interuniversity Sport – TORONTO (CIS) – The Laval Rouge et Or (men) and defending champion Guelph Gryphons (women) top the CIS cross country rankings for the second straight week.

In men’s soccer, the University of Alberta maintained their number one ranking while the Ryerson Rams overtook the York Lions for second spot in this week’s Top 10. 

In women’s soccer, the Laval Rouge et Or remain unbeaten and sit in the top spot for the fifth consecutive week. Trinity Western moved up two positions to the second spot in the rankings.

In women’s rugby, the first four positions remain unchanged from a week ago as McMaster University holds the top ranking ahead of the University of Guelph, University of Ottawa and St. Francis Xavier University.
