Bowls Canada Boulingrin – June 2nd 2018 marks the second annual National Bowls Day. Lawn Bowls clubs from coast to coast across Canada are hosting events to celebrate a sport that is as accessible as it is fun. An outdoor target sport that draws all ages, with singles competition all the way to teams of 4, there is a place for everyone on the green.  National Bowls Day is an opportunity for all Canadians to experience a sport that caters to everyone from youngsters to active seniors.

National Bowls Day is a fantastic opportunity for Canadians to experience the growing wave of excitement that is sweeping across the country.  Local community clubs are hosting a variety of events from open houses, “family & friends” activities, “try bowls” games, free lessons, fundraiser events and competitive tournaments!  Everyone is welcome – all you need is a flat-soled pair of shoes and comfortable clothes to participate.
