Canoe Kayak Canada – The best Canoe Marathon paddlers in the world are lining up this week for the biggest event of the season at the 2018 ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships in Montemor-O-Velho, Portugal from September 6 to 9.

Our Canadian Canoe Slalom team will be taking part in the fifth and final World Cup taking place in La Seu D’Urgell in Spain from September 7 to 9.
This event will be the last international event before our team head to Brazil for the Senior World Championships.

The Canadian Canoe Kayak Championships ended on August 2 on Lac des Nations and the Rideau Canoe Club of Ottawa, Ontario won the Canadian Champion overall title, winning a total of 892 points. The Trois-Rivières Canoe Club (Québec) took second place with a total of 763 points, followed by Balmy Beach (Ontario) with a total of 501 points.
