Canadian Biathletes Set to Host First World Cup at Home in Two Decades
Biathlon Canada —Canadian squad to kick off World Cup week with media availability, February 2, at Canmore Nordic Centre—
CANMORE, Alta.—Canada’s sharpshooting biathletes are ready to kick off their first World Cup at home in more than 20 years. The Canadian squad will welcome the top biathletes on the planet for the BMW Biathlon World Cup at the Canmore Nordic Centre, February 1-7.
Media are invited to attend the first day of official training during World Cup week, February 2. The men will strap on the skinny skis and head to the range from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Five Canadian women will train from 1-3 p.m.
