Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame – Calgary – Media are invited to attend the Canadian premiere of Munich ’72 and Beyond at Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, November 20. The film is a powerful documentary about the tragic events and aftermath of the Munich 1972 Olympic Games and the long awaited recognition the victim’s families finally received at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games this past summer. Following the film, a question and answer session will take place with Producer, Dr. Steven Ungerleider and former Israeli Secret Service Agent, Shimon Reem.

Dr. Roger Jackson, Honoured Member inducted in 1964 for Rowing, as well as Diane Jones-Konihowski, 2-time Olympian, will be in attendance. Both Jackson and Jones-Konihowski competed at the Munich 1972 Olympic Games.
