It was a great day for performances from Canada’s speed skiers with three top ten finishes across the men’s and ladies’ teams. In Chamonix, France, where the FIS World Cup tour returned after a four-year hiatus, Vancouver, B.C.’s Manuel Osborne-Paradis found his form with a season-best seventh-place finish just 1.16 seconds off the lead time on the downhill track. Canada’s famed veteran speed skier, and Quebec-native, Erik Guay, slides in just behind Osborne-Paradis for an eighth-place finish. Read more.
