BC Rugby – Vancouver, BC – Thursday, February 9, 2017: BC Rugby and belairdirect officially launched their new partnership which will provide sponsorship to Women’s Rugby in the Province, and in celebration, are giving BC Rugby members the chance to win a weekend at the HSBC Canada Sevens Tournament in Vancouver.
