Volleyball Canada – Volleyball Canada would like to thank and congratulate all the athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers and supporters for another successful round of National Championships!

“With eight locations across five provinces, it was certainly exciting to see this year’s Nationals play out across the country,” said Sandra de Graaff, Director of Domestic Competitions for Volleyball Canada.

“We are happy to have so many teams excited about VC National Championships, and we look forward to welcoming all teams to Edmonton in 2018.”

This year saw a total of 929 (680 girls’ and 249 boys’) teams – up from last year – making the 2017 edition of Nationals the largest event of its kind to date.  All ten provinces and two territories fielded teams.

Final results are available on each Nationals page on the VC website or via ISET Sports (http://iset.net/#/). Also check out some great photo albums on our VC Facebook page.

Volleyball Canada also congratulates all the award winners, including newly introduced Player of the Wave and Coach Recognition award.

The events would not be possible without the support of our sponsors InterPipeline, Active Ankle, Tachikara, Mizuno, SA, Cramer Medical, and we are always grateful for the ongoing support of the Government of Canada. VC would also like to recognize the host cities and tourism groups for their contribution to Nationals.

It’s very important that we get your feedback on how we did and let us know how we can improve! Please fill in our post-event survey that can be found on each event web page or via the link below. Enter for a chance to win one of several prize packs when you fill in the survey by June 25, 2017:

Next year is the mega-Nationals in Edmonton!!  We’re looking forward to action on 65 courts, all under one roof at Edmonton Expo Centre at Northlands.

Not only will Nationals put on a spectacular show of volleyball, we will also host international and sitting volleyball matches and a chance to meet the National Team players.  Also, our vendors’ hall promises to be bigger and better than ever.
