Rowing Canada Aviron – RCA announced the 2018 Coach Development Grants distributed to six Provincial Rowing Associations and nine member clubs at the 2018 RCA National Conference.

Since 2008, RCA has granted financial support to our member organizations dedicated to increasing and sustaining youth participation and supporting coach engagement.

In 2016, RCA shifted focus to coach education and development with the overall goal of increasing the number of NCCP Certificated Coaches and Coach Developers in Canada. RCA would like to thank Sport Canada for their continued support of these valuable initiatives.
