Rowing Canada Aviron – For the past nine years, Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA), with support from Sport Canada, has been assisting clubs in building awareness and increasing grassroots participation among youth in rowing. Since the program’s inception, RCA has distributed over $300,000 in funds to more than 46 clubs across Canada to assist with youth program and coach development.

Once again, RCA is focusing this year’s grant program on coaching education and development with an emphasis on increasing the number of NCCP Certified Coaches and Coach Developers (facilitators and evaluators) engaged in developing our young Canadian rowers as they progress along the athlete pathway.

Deadline to submit a completed application form to RCA: December 15, 2017.
