Other Stories to consider

Did you know… there are 12 sets of twins competing at the 2017 Canada Summer Games?

Do you want to speak to a basketball mom who goes the distance? Super fan Sherri Hogan from Prince Edward Island travels with a “tickle trunk” full of noisemakers, signs and her signature green and white blinking wig? Great photo opps, and a bubbly personality that truly embodies the Canada Games spirit!

Several Canada Games alumni and other former professional athletes are in Winnipeg cheering on a second generation of elite athletes.
