Did you know that the most influential factor in making food choices by Canadians is maintaining good health? This is just one of the research results determined by the Tracking Nutrition Trends 2015 survey completed by the Canadian Foundation for Dietetic Research. The survey also found that more Canadians (a 7% increase over 2013) are looking for nutritional information when they go out to restaurants. Check out the rest of the results.
