Eating disorders can sometimes involve compulsive exercise along with physical and emotional changes. Personal trainers, fitness centre employees, parents, coaches, and teammates may notice troubling signs, but may not have the resources to help. These National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) toolkits can help us decide what we should do to help someone with an eating disorder.
