Under the supervision of the President and CEO, the Vice-President, Performance Services, contributes to the Institut national du sport Québec’s (INS Québec) mission and the implementation of its strategic approaches by ensuring the management of sport-medicine services, sport science services and performance services, in a strategic, multi-disciplinary, integrated approach.

The Vice-President, Performance Services, will plan, organize, lead, and evaluate the delivery of INS Québec performance services, through a management team, targeting the optimization of athletes and training
groups’ performance. He collaborates with all key stakeholders of the Quebec and Canadian sport systems in order to contribute optimally to the performance objectives established in various projects and programs. He contributes to the INS Québec business development activities and to the completion of various activities related to INS Québec’s mission and promotion. By his role within the management team, the Vice-President Performance Services ensures the organization and implementation of the strategic planning process and the financial management procedures. He fulfills these tasks, responsibilities, and mandate in the context of strategic directions, policies, values, and mission of the Institute.
