The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive, manage and coordinate club programming activities
  • Deliver club programming activities on-field in a coach and lead role
  • Manage and coordinate administrative functions related to program delivery
  • Regularly interact with registrants at their events to ensure their needs are being met, including pre-season and at-field meetings
  • Deliver information resources electronically and in person to registrants and their parents
  • Overall, provide a highly responsive and quality service to registrants and their families

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and abilities:

  • Children’s License or a similar soccer specific qualifications and relevant experience is preferred
  • University degree or similar
  • Bilingual candidates (French/English) are preferred
  • Experience with coordinating logistics or multi-faceted activities and have strong communication skills
  • Experience working with children and interacting with parents
  • An ability to work with other coaches to support, mentor and guide
  • An ability to work within a team dynamic
  • Ability to coordinate their time to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Self starter, ability to work within a larger team with minimal supervision

The successful candidate must be able to drive and be available to lead the program during the evenings, weekends and during summer or holiday camps.

This is a full-time position, with a regular on-field coaching schedule each week.
