Membership Services Coordinator
This opportunity offers the chance to utilize your broad organizational planning and strategy implementation skills to ensure optimal member services delivery initiatives are in place for Ringette Ontario. Working closely with the Executive Director responsibilities will include the development of innovative membership planning and retention strategies, analyzing trends, and accelerating various member growth promotion initiatives covering all aspects of enhancing the visibility and reputation of Ringette Ontario.
Working mostly from a home-base/remote with a close interaction with a small, dedicated management group the Membership Services Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and ensure all Ringette clinic/ training/conference administration procedures are in place. You will also develop clear communication procedures regarding all aspects of maintaining solid member relations, as well as support and
maintain the membership management registration system and any additional databases for the organization.
Your highly organized approach to membership planning and promotion will be combined with superior communication and listening skills plus in-depth knowledge of viable, timely, and diverse member delivery initiatives. You will be able to resolve any issues and deal effectively at all levels within and outside Ringette Ontario. You will possess the business administrative systems strengths to bring broad growth planning processes together in a cohesive cost-effective fashion.
You will have post-secondary education in sports/recreation management or business administration, possibly along with membership planning or applicable related experience dealing with provincial sports organizations. The proven ability to be a leader and team player in this key Membership Services Coordinator role is essential.

Ringette Ontario is the governing body for the growing sport of Ringette in Ontario. Currently, Ringette Ontario provides services to over 60 Local Associations and more than 9,500 registered players 2,600 coaches,500 referees, and numerous dedicated volunteers. Ringette Ontario provides enhanced and relevant programs focused on the development and training of athletes, coaches, and officials as well as the delivery of numerous sanctioned tournaments, events, and competitions. ensure the growth and overall development of Ringette from the initial introduction to the sport to the possible progression to recreational, competitive, provincial, national, and international /world levels.
