Hot on the heels of FIS WJR/U23 relay success and with Canada’s most successful Paralympic team regularly churning out medals, the future is bright at Nordiq Canada.  We have talented athletes and coaches, an incredible staff team, a passionate community, strong support from partners, and a high-level plan. We need you, a world-class leader, to bring it all together.

Nordiq Canada is seeking a proven High Performance Director (HPD) to lead delivery of an aligned program and, ultimately, Olympic and Paralympic gold. Your deep understanding of high performance and development, and your ability to engage the community are critical to our success.

Over time, Nordiq Canada intends to consolidate the sport side of the organization (HP and Development) under a Chief Sport Officer. This HPD position may evolve into that role or, if the right candidate comes forward, that role is possible now.
