- Internship is based out of the Toronto office.
- However, it will be done virtually.
- A company computer and phone will be provided for the internship.
- Opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally across all SBX offices (Toronto, Miami, Las Vegas, Saskatchewan).
- Work will be conducted via email, video meetings, and calls to engage with the team.
Compensation
- $1,000 honorarium per 4-month term.

Job Details & Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Support SBX’s property and brand clients by:
- Conducting research, analysis, and support for marketing and partnership strategies.
- Assisting in the execution of consulting projects from ideation to evaluation.
- Brainstorming and uncovering key insights for client strategies.
- Supporting brand marketing campaigns, including content creation and advertising.
- Managing project timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Assisting in the development of client-facing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Participating in client meetings and documenting action items.
- Supporting SBX’s social media and digital presence.
Exhibition Business
Assist in SBX’s exhibition tour and permanent exhibit operations by:
- Identifying potential cities or hosts for exhibitions.
- Supporting operational aspects such as design, production, logistics, merchandising, and marketing.
- Assisting in building EOI documents and RFPs related to exhibitions.
Talent & Business Development
Support SBX’s Talent Division in managing top sport and entertainment talent by:
- Assisting with talent marketing, branding, and product management (e.g., merchandise, apparel, content platforms).
- Ensuring client marketing materials are up to date.
- Participating in client calls, taking notes, and executing action items.
- Supporting client recruitment and partnership activations.
- Coordinating talent appearances, partner deliverables, and social media activations.
- Researching and identifying sponsorship opportunities.
- Developing prospect lists and sales analysis for partnerships.
- Creating proposals, sales decks, and information documents.
- Attending sales and strategy meetings.
