Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning
Job Summary
The Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning provides expertise, guidance and training in the area of strength training and physical preparation for select varsity student-athletes and teams at The University of British Columbia. The Assistant Coach assists, implements, conducts and monitors strength and conditioning; assists with rehabilitation of injured athletes, and assists in the management of the strength and conditioning facility. The Assistant Coach is responsible for working closely with sport coaches and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to organize and manage 26 teams and over 650 athletes for upwards of 80 training sessions per week.
