Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the receptionist is responsible for welcoming, informing, advising and guiding users and customers who  arrive at the front desk, and for assisting with various administrative support tasks for the operations area or any other area of INS Québec. 

The receptionist performs a variety of administrative tasks while providing high quality, personalized customer service. 

The main responsibilities related to the position are as follows:

Welcome, inform and guide INS Québec customers and visitors, and ask them for information.; Guide users with the technological tools available. ; Help promote and organize internal events. ; Assist the Facilities  Supervisor, Operations Coordinator and Operations Supervisor to carry out tasks when required. ; Compile and update lists of all athletes and service providers who visit INS Québec. ; Maintain a monthly register of INS Québec customer attendance statistics, as well as various other registers useful for reception and other INS Québec departments. ; Take and register bookings for the various rooms at INS Québec, and unlock the rooms as and when required. ; Prepare or draft various administrative reports for the operations area or any other area of INS Québec. 


High school diploma. ; A minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant field. ; Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken. ; Excellent knowledge of various office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite). ; Comfortable with teamwork, customer focus, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours:        Full time, Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 14:00

Possibility of working part-time for the summer period
