People in your organization have probably identified system alignment as one of the challenges to a better and more efficient sport system in Canada. But is anything happening to address the misalignment? This webinar will feature two Canadian Sport Leaders who are exploring possibilities to establish a more coherent and cohesive sport system. Deloitte conducted an examination of the business operations and governance of Curling Canada and its Member Associations (P/TSOs) with focus on the national – provincial/territorial relationship.

  • Aaron Nutting, Canadian Olympic Committee, is working with a number of National Sport Organization to determine what can be done to modernize and align our Canadian Sport System.
  • Katherine Henderson, Curling Canada, will share the findings of the Deloitte study – the good, the bad and the ugly.

It is still early days for this important work and webinar will shed some light on the opportunities and challenges in aligning the sport system.  This interactive webinar will  increase awareness and understanding of the work to date and its applicability to the broader sport community.
