JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships & Events, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our clients and their respective experiential marketing campaigns. Current partners include SkipTheDishes, Canadian Club, Monster Energy, Egg Farmers of Ontario, and many more. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, can balance multiple projects at different stages in their lifecycle, and is capable of meeting deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating all sponsorship deliverables for our partners, including member communications, branding, digital advertising, social media, and more

  • Leading in-market partnership activation and sampling programs

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partnership activities, timelines, and responsibilities

  • Tracking ongoing partner metrics and delivering quarterly reports  

  • Assisting with the development of sponsorship collateral, contracts, invoicing, and post-campaign reporting

  • Conducting a variety of sponsorship research (best practices, marketplace trends, and more)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant business experience within a similar role

  • University or College degree with a focus in Marketing, Sponsorship Sales, Sports/Business Management or similar

  • Demonstrable passion for delivering creative, immersive, and engaging marketing campaigns

  • Hardworking “go-getter” who takes initiative, and can work effectively with minimal supervision

  • An eagle eye for the details and someone who never misses deadlines

  • Capable of effectively managing multiple client projects at once

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (will be required to unload and distribute some sponsorship samples to members that may be transported in larger boxes)

  • A valid G driver’s license is required.

EXPECTED HOURS

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)

  • 25-30 hours per week will take place between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday

  • 10-15 hours per week will take place during evenings and weekends, which coincide with the majority of our league games and tournaments.

COMPENSATION

  • Salary range is expected to be between $37,500 and $42,500
  • 3 weeks vacation during the first year, with 4 weeks thereafter

  • Eligible for full benefits after 3 months

  • Access to a company vehicle for work-related tasks
