A two day conference on "Opportunities in Sport and Exercise Science" aimed at final year undergraduate students who will form the next generation of UK Sports Scientists. The following details are available:
BASES STUDENT CONFERENCE 2004
FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT 27th – 28th APRIL
LILLESHALL NATIONAL SPORTS CENTRE
The BASES Student Conference 2004 will be hosted by the Lilleshall Sports Injury and Human Performance Centre, at Lilleshall National Sports Centre. The Conference theme will be “Opportunities in Sport and Exercise Science”, enabling sport and exercise science graduates to explore and discuss career opportunities. Keynote speakers will focus on career options in different areas of sport and exercise science, and highlight the key skills that graduates may require to obtain future employment.
The Conference will also contain the opportunity for sport and exercise scientists to present their research data in poster or oral form. There will also be ample opportunity for social and recreational activities during the two-day event.
Registration can be either as a residential or non-residential delegate, and booking forms are found over-leaf.
