I am wondering if there has been any research done on hemp protein supplements, benefits of hemp protein vs whey/soy/etc. as well as if any research has been done with athletes.

Hello Janelle:

Thank you for contacting SIRC with your question regarding Hemp Protein. There were several articles relating to hemp protein in the SIRC Collection. Most of these are from popular/mainstream publications such as Triathlete, Health, Cycling Weekly, etc. and provide general information on hemp protein discussing the pros and cons (mainly pros) of incorporating it into an athlete’s diet.
