May 15, 2018

Rugby Nova Scotia - Rugby Nova Scotia is thrilled to announce that Jack Hanratty has been appointed as Canada U20 Women’s head coach. In addition to his current role as Rugby Nova Scotia Provincial Coach, Jack will prepare and lead the U20 women in this summers international series against England and the USA, here in Nova Scotia.

Geno Carew President of Rugby Nova Scotia said ”We look forward to seeing the same success Jack has crafted at the Provincial level duplicated on the International scene. Another case of Keltic’s Blue to Canada Red.”

This will be the first time that any age grade Rugby Canada team will play in Nova Scotia. They will play in three locations across the province Wolfville, Windsor and the new Halifax Wanderers grounds all taking place in August of this year.

“We are pleased to announce that Jack Hanratty will take over the Under-20 Women’s Head Coach position. Following a very detailed review process of the 2017 season, I believe that we have managed to assemble a strong and experienced coaching staff. We are looking forward to building on the work done by Francois Ratier,” said Dustin Hopkins Rugby Canada Interim General Manager.
