Rowing Canada​ – ACT NOW to secure your vending space at the 2018 Rowing Canada Aviron National Conference January 25^th to 27^th, 2018.  Vending space will be allocated to interested businesses on a first come, first served basis.
 

The Conference

The Rowing Canada Aviron National Conference caters to coaches, Sport Science professionals and sport administrators who are passionate about rowing.  The conference provides a platform for delegates to learn from and engage with world-leading experts via keynote presentations, workshops and panel sessions.  We expect the conference to welcome approximately 200 coaches, club managers and officials from across Canada and abroad.
 

The Venue

The 2018 RCA National Conference will be held at The Chelsea Hotel in downtown Toronto.  The Chelsea Hotel provides well-positioned, highly visible vending space, making it easy for vendors to interact with the conference attendees.
 

The Schedule

The conference sessions run from the Thursday, January 25^th to Saturday, January 27^th, 2018.  On the Saturday evening Rowing Canada Aviron will host the RCA Annual Awards Banquet to which all vendors are invited.  
 

Vendor Package

The vendors package includes the following:

• Display table and chair & required space for 3 days (Thursday – Saturday)
• 1 conference delegate pass (includes access to all plenary sessions, catering from Thursday to Saturday, tickets to the Thursday and Friday night social events, and 1 ticket to the Saturday evening Awards Banquet
• Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.  Hardwire access for an additional fee.

 
2018 Price:  $650 (one vendor representative)
 
Additional Vendor Representatives packages can be purchased for $400.

• This fee include access to all plenary sessions, catering from Thursday to Saturday, a ticket to the Thursday and Friday social events and a ticket to the Saturday evening Awards Banquet for the additional representative.

Vendors will be asked to donate to our door prize pool, silent auction table and/or provide materials for our Conference Delegate bag.
