Celebrating Manitoba’s Best Coaches Coaching Manitoba IMPACT Award Finalists Announced
Sport Manitoba – April 19, 2016, Winnipeg, Manitoba – Manitoba coaches will be honoured for their achievements in sport, leadership, personal development and coaching effectiveness at the 2016 Coaching Manitoba IMPACT Awards presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries. The event will be held Saturday April 23, 10am at the Club Regent Event Centre.
This annual event was established to celebrate Manitoba’s best coaches and acknowledge the outstanding contributions they have made to their athletes and sport over a number of years. March 15 we announced thirty-three nominees. We have narrowed the field to twelve finalists (three per category). Please view them here.

However, being a finalist for this prestigious award proves you have gone above and beyond to be an outstanding coach to your athletes. We applaud you on your extraordinary effort.”
Sport Manitoba will also honour Manitoba coaches who have coached at International Events in the previous year as well as individuals who have been coaching a minimum of 25 years in the province.
The IMPACT Female and Male Coach of the Year award presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries will also be announced on April 23 at Sport Manitoba’s Night of Champions presented by Manitoba Chicken…link to read more
