The CCES congratulates Canada, Mexico and the US on a successful bid to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup

Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) - (Ottawa, Ontario – June 13, 2018) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) congratulates Canada Soccer, Federación Mexicana de Fúbol Asociación, and U.S. Soccer on their successful joint bid to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

“We’re looking forward to seeing the very best men’s soccer teams in the world play for the World Cup on Canadian soil,” said Paul Melia, CCES President and CEO. “As Canada’s fully independent World Anti-Doping Code-compliant national anti-doping organization, the CCES would welcome the opportunity to work with FIFA to deliver anti-doping services at matches held in Canada.”
