Online webinar Concussions can affect all Canadians. Regardless of where they occur, the prevention and management of concussions are important topics of discussion. Join us for a webinar that will share insights from the concussion conversations currently happening in the sport and recreation sectors on management and prevention. The webinar will apply a recreational sport and physical activity lens to current evidence, including the definition of concussion; the different causes of a concussion; the signs, symptoms and treatment of concussion; and links to a wide variety of resources, including those from the Sport Information Resource Centre (SIRC) It will also explore the role of the recreation sector in prevention and policy from a program and policy perspective.
