Karate Canada – Montreal, July 11th, 2017 – Karate Canada is proud to announce its 2018 National Championships will be held in Halifax, NS from March 9th to 11th. Canada’s best karatekas will compete at the Canada Games Centre for a chance to be invited to join the National Team and potentially represent Canada at international competitions. Last year’s edition was held in Quebec City, and welcomed close to 450 athletes, with representatives from all 10 provinces and, for a second consecutive year, a Para-karate division. In addition to the competition, Karate Canada will continue to offer coach training opportunities as well as Dan examinations, and will conclude the event with a celebration Annual Awards Banquet. Karate Canada, Karate Nova Scotia and the entire Organizing Committee are inviting you to the 2018 edition, which promises to once again be great success.
