Nepean Corona School of Gymnastics is seeking a fresh thinking, energetic and hard working, early career sports professional with program coordination background to assist with our growing school business requirements. This position is a key contributor for our school serving over 1300 children and 40 staff.
The focus will be to provide active and dynamic support to the leadership team to support staffing, gymnastic programming and operations. The role will have active involvement across the variety of functions that serve our client base will be essential to the success of the programs. Expertise in any of the following areas will serve you well: human resources, general office and support gymnastics programs.
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager. The ability to drive staffing, scheduling and support and contribute to organizing programs and events are critical skill requirements.

A degree in either Recreation or Sport Administration, (or equivalent work experience) and 2 years in a similar position with demonstrated success supporting administration, program delivery and in a busy and challenging environment will make your candidacy more relevant to our needs.
