The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) is a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association (RCAAA) not-for-profit Association.  Dedicated to the growth and development of junior golf in Canada, the CJGA is the leading National junior golf association in Canada.

As a member of the CJGA Management Team, the Director, Tournament Operations will contribute to the efficacy of the CJGA through the development, implementation, monitoring, and delivery of the CJGA program nation-wide.  The Director shall provide effective oversight and leadership for a team of staff working in the tournament department.   The Director will contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the CJGA programs, as well as involvement in the Association’s strategic planning.  Working closely with other Management team members, the Director will assist in the development and maintenance of partnerships and productive working relationships with various stakeholders in the golf industry as well as the Canadian sport community and represent the CJGA at meetings, conferences and events.
